In Canada I would see people at street fair events with a huge plate of Poutine - Never did try a taste of that MESS.
Me I want my Fries Crisp enough to break my teeth and soft on the inside and I order them where I can get them that way OR Make my own.

Except for Wisdom teeth 3 of 4 pulled - and that tooth migrated over to the ONLY Tooth I have lost
Still have my choppers and yes a few have fillings one Crown and soon in two weeks a 2nd Crown. Nor am I great at flossing cause teeth are so close together it traps the best of the Floss.

Now one should be able to eat Poutine with just GUMS based on the Mess I see on plates - Soggy Fries and Sauce
