This isn’t new news but I haven’t seen anything in the news about it or any general discussion about it. We’re going back to the moon, kinda… NASA is planning a crew flight to orbit around the moon without landing on it, kinda like Apollo 10. It’s interesting but the original date (September 2025) was rescheduled so maybe due to budget cuts it will happen again? I don’t know. Official launch is scheduled to April 2026.

Whatddya guys think?

What's the point in going there but not landing on it, that's like driving to Disneyland CA from Texas, driving into the parking lot and immediately driving back out and home again.

They can't go back because Stanley Kubrick is dead.

Starship is supposed to be the lander.

They’re not going to land on the moon.
