PS I saw a TikTok where Dr. Mike the YouTuber was complaining about spending 45 minutes on the phone with the insurance company to get an MRI.

Imagine the American taxpayers spent their tax on healthcare rather than the military.

Luckily there's solutions being developed. Many of the CT scans for example turn out to show everything is ok, which means a lot of resources and time is spent just to rule out something. That's where AI can come in and rule stuff out quickly, like with CAD, there's already a rather cheap and small machine that can rule that out by using AI to analyze acoustic sounds
