Luckily there's solutions being developed. Many of the CT scans for example turn out to show everything is ok, which means a lot of resources and time is spent just to rule out something. That's where AI can come in and rule stuff out quickly, like with CAD, there's already a rather cheap and small machine that can rule that out by using AI to analyze acoustic sounds
