I'd go with my beard. It keeps me warm. It covers my face. I don't really like any other parts of me.

Also, OP, can you qualify what you mean by favorite? Does this merely mean attractiveness or are we talking utility as well? Is so then I go for hands, since I work with them. If I was in an accident and lost my hands I would be at a real loss, I tell ya, I'd rather lose my legs than my hands.
