Because since our bodies are black our black body radiation is intense enough if too many of us are crowded together near a civilian area the lethal dose of radiation the white locals would experience would be a war crime.

A lot of people don’t know this, that’s actually why the Japanese are still afraid of black people to this day. In history, we could never use it as a weapon because until the advent of the airplane, it was never possible to accelerate a black body to detonation velocity. You have to drop a black man from at least 40 thousand feet. Black men actually don’t have a terminal velocity because we are perfectly aerodynamic our bodies fall through the earths atmosphere as if it were a vacuum.
