Topic: There's a giant fetus with my face in my dreams

I'm dreaming in game logic, each level has a ghost I have to find and kill. I mistake a real person for a ghost, I apologize endlessly for putting him in a wheelchair. When I leave, my dream view stays on him, he pulls up a phone and I see who he's calling, a giant fetus with my face, he says "he fell for it"
