The simple solution and I do this - Only use a fraction of the add on flavoring package and ADD sodium Free FLAVOR which is Easy so Easy.
Miso may be high is Sodium but it is also loaded with Healthy er Stuff a much better trade off and some shell fish or even the shells of shrimp add A boost of flavor/
