@OP
Look you were the reason this shit-hole became a DHL-premium pay-wall for a while. I'm not asking you to lay off, but rather, try to field off into aspects of philosophy other than... generalia, trivium. It's not a reflection on the incuriousness or absence of inquisity your posting style that, in the substantiative, you actually don't write a lot, or think, at all; you really are quite myopic, and yet, you had tried to wield hind-administrativism in order to ensure I was not only ousted, but umpiaed, also.

> they're so horrific... I actually turned the newspaper over at home because I didn't want our children to see it
Kier Starmer and his family read newspapers? It was sweet of Kier to turn the newspaper over to spare his childrens' innocence but I really want to know 1) where the fuck do you even BUY a newspaper in the 2020s??? 2) why is a world leader in this day and age getting his information from physical printed newspapers????

That was a nice little embellishment from him wasn't it? "I wanted to protect the children from the horrific images of war", as if his kids actually read the fucking papers over breakfast.
No word from him on whether he protects the innocent ones from the images of dead Gazan children, mass carnage and genocidal starvation he and the rest of "the Rules-Based International Order" are sponsoring.

I still get paper delivered - it does suck though and gets skinnier every year

If the front page of the paper had a picture of a Russian strike on Kiev, would you turn the newspaper over to spare your children from seeing it?

It might be an elite thing? I read somewhere that elite parents don't let their kids have smartphones and iPads so maybe the Starmer household is paper-only??

So how does that work then? Does Keir pop into the newsagent’s on the way down to Whitehall or does a paper boy dutifully trudge up Downing Street to Number Ten every morning to deliver the daily paper?

Wouldn't it just be easier to send him a daily email with links to the articles and a brief written summary of how he looks in each one? Why is it being printed on big gray sheets of really cheap paper a necessary part of the process?

Dude no one I know has read a newspaper in like 20 years or more. Do they not have computers and television and the wireless there?
> He probably does have digital links for the online news which has different articles to the printed news
