Called Light No Fire. Apparently the open world (single planet) is gonna be so big that if your character was to walk around it, it would take one year in real time. However, they do have a reputation of over promising.

Given how easy it is to do this with procedural generation, this is actually the easiest claim to believe. Minecraft worlds are 7x larger than the earth, for example and this was achieved with literally one guy building the game.
