Seems like the issue was that he fraudulently claimed to all of them that he was working no other job. Seems a bit harsh though since he did his work and there were no problems.

I dunno, I work with Captain Bluetooth and he still sneaks calls from his side scams while on the clock. This might one of those times I side with the overlords: it's parastic drag on the company.

There are low effort jobs that can allow time. I wouldn’t permit it as an employer but I see why people do it. I used to work multiple jobs when I had insomnia but each job was separate with no overlap.
