Why is this hand bruising thing appearing only this year? It seems to me it should be a gradual thing, not like suddenly you have bruised hands one day.
Is this specific area a common place for the elderly to have this bruising/capillary burstage?

A. They could no longer be able to take blood from his arms due to vein issues
B. He could be on heavy blood thinners and when he walks, he stumbles and knocks his hands into walls and tables
Its common for old people who are on blood thinners and/or have unusable arm veins
