Not very long ago dw and I, racked him over the coals for pointing out that a bone broth, takes more than the 20 minutes.
His attempt at Pho. The Broth takes at least 12 hours to soften the bones and leach out the bone marrow.

Of course he still thinks marinating meat, will tenderize the interior. Alas it will/may add lots of flavor, to the surface and tenderize only .002 inches or Less
