Have you had any rat encounters? Pleasant, or not pleasant? One rat, or dozens of rats, perhaps in the walls?

They can be big. Then you see the ones with scabies and its like the whole area starts getting it.

The vermin? Not great. I live by the water and in the city; they are all over. Just keep the yard clear, no bird feeders, etc and they move on mostly.

Once there was a frolicking family of 3 which discovered the bird feeder and I poisoned them all
This year I have had two come out which I poisoned and recently I've spotted another which I am preparing to poison if it becomes regular.
