SSRIs cause a bitter taste in your mouth and American beers have been tasting different to European beers because more Americans are on anti depressionts.

Correct as NO beer contains SSRI's.

The point is, American tastes are changing due to high usage of SSRIs

Well the two should never be used together. Now for a fact
https://www.brewersassociation.org/statistics-and-data/national-beer-stats

US Overall beer sales $116 BILLION
Craft Beer Sales $28 Billion

Beer sales over all is a few percent DOWN with Craft Beer going UP.

Unreal wonderful Craft beers here however there are some over the top odd ball blends with fruit - NOT for my tastes.

I still drink lots of Guinness.

Hell yeah, Guinness is my go-to at the bar. Even if I'm driving, I'll invest in a cheeky Guinness 0.0.

As for craft beer, I like their funny cans and names.

Wouldn't that make the problem worse in France?
