There are hundreds of billionaires in China. You would hardly be the first! Though I guess Maoism or Dengism isn't really traditional ML so maybe by technicality you'd be the first excluding any Russians who became billionaires from the sale of state enterprises after the fall of the USSR if they were still considering themselves MLs.
