Whoa this is a great (bad) idea, providers could offer up their own toilets for users. Imagine you've just had some heavy mexican food and you're walking through downtown with no public restrooms, pull up Shittr on your phone and find a toilet nearby you can pay a few bucks to shit in. Alternatively maybe you have an apartment in a hot spot for shitting, you could make a few extra bucks every day by letting strangers shit in your toilet
This is a horrible idea for all sorts of reasons but I think it'd be really funny to implement, could also get a fair bit of attention online

You know what fuck you I'm stealing your idea, may have to rename it to Poopr to get it on app stores. Prob best for it to be an "art piece" app populated with fake profiles just for laughs, rather than trying to actually build a real system that handles user data
By all means steal the idea, an alternative safe app name is TapaPoop
I am also now imagining a system like Uber where you hire a bucket man to bring you a pooping bucket and privacy curtain, and there are different service levels with things like scented TP, wiping service, bodyguard.
