Topic: One-sided deal: EU pays 15% tax when exporting to the US, US pays 0% when exporting to the EU.

Meaning the US will have an inherent advantage against EU in trade.
And the EU has to buy $750 billion in US energy over the next 3 years. Right now the EU spends $70 billion per year on US energy, which would be $210 billion over 3 years. Their spending must triple to meet this new agreement.
The EU has to make $600 billion in investment in the US, and separately increase spending on US military equipment by over $100 billion.
Who pays the tariffs? When buying US imports- no one. When buying EU imports, that will be passed onto US consumers, encouraging them to switch to US made goods to avoid the higher costs. The over $1 trillion in new spending will be paid for entirely by the EU taxpayers who have this obligation under the new trade deal.
Can we have a review on the realism of the image regarding Moscow Life, please, father Dave

Tbh the French probably have the smartest energy strategy. Just split atoms. No CO2 emissions to upset the climate people, no oil money corruption, just uranium and boiling water, and clean pure energy.

That wasn't the fault of the reactor but rather the insane recklessness of the people who built and maintained the reactor.

noboby pays tariffs to export. the word you are looking for is excise tax, and those are paid to the exporter's government by the importer.

You guys are looking at it all backward: Americans now have to pay 15% more for European products, while Europeans can keep on paying the same price for American ones. Who's really "losing" here???
