Topic: Friends is so fucking unfunny.

I'm sorry. It fucking sucks. The jokes are forced and unfunny. The characters are shallow and boring making it impossible to feel invested in their lives.

Now Seinfeld! Seinfeld is fucking funny.

I had this opinion when the show was still being released before someone accuses me of being woke.

well Seinfeld is created by a pair of actual comedians and they hired Michael Richards who did lots of comic acting already. The friends cast is just some people, though that girl with the guitar has an adorable retard kind of funny going on

Most of the sitcom stuff was like this (even the later stuff like Scrubs, Cloud 9, Big Bang Theory, etc). You're either along for the ride with the characters and their world or else you're just sitting through forced/scripted jokes from a team of writers trying to crap out a season of content.

The Friends cast continues to earn substantial income, estimated at $20 million per year per actor, primarily from rerun royalties. This revenue stream stems from the show's enduring popularity and lucrative syndication and streaming deals. Warner Bros. reportedly

generates $1 billion annually from Friends reruns, with the main cast receiving 2% of that revenue
