Basically, when a man and a woman love each other very much, they have sex, and sex creates children. But you see, the thing about men and women is they die. And men and women are both people (in case you didn’t know that). So you see, there’s this tiny problem where in order for a human population to sustain itself, if it takes two people to make a baby, then obviously you need every woman to have at least two babies on average to replace their parents when their parents die. Still following? Okay, well Europe, Australia, and North America have what you would consider to be "white" people. And Africa has what you would consider to be.. not "white" people.
So anyway, here’s how that whole "preserving the white race" crap is going for you:

It’s also not possible to genocide all Africans. 6 million Jews died in the holocaust, Africa has 1.5 billion people. If you killed 6 million Africans, 99.6% of them are still alive and they’re still having 4 kids per woman.
You’ll notice a very tiny dip in population during World War Two, and a huge drop today. That’s because people are dying from getting old faster than people were dying in the biggest war in human history. There is literally nothing you can do about this.
