Lots of vegetables and potatoes, and tougher cheaper cuts of meat would soften in a stew.
For a week you wouldn't be eating like a king but it would give you at least one square meal a day and leave you some over for other things.
Besides if you only had 20 for a week's supply of food then maybe you're at the stage you should be considering road kill.

In NO Way am I making fun of him. When alive he was in survival mode. When he was alive I sure did make fun of him for giving up on working for a living.
bert was always able to work and I have never run into anyone on the web who could brag about finding a new job. Then one day because of too much alcohol he just gave up on work.
Growing up he had a terrific family. Great dad and mom and sisters. He was a serious drug abuser and later quit that successfully.
