If you look closely, you can see some dark spots from scabs and stuff over the years. I hit my legs on a lot of corners and whatnot, and don’t take care of them well. What can I do to get these to go away? I want normal legs.

Yep. I use the sunscreen/lotion hybrid stuff so all year is covered - cuts 80% of the dry and damaged skin for me.

For scars, I would say silicone sheets.
