Rich, white, suburbanite, teenagers who have been privileged all of their lives, have never worked a day in their lives, and have no life experience, but believe in giving professional economical and political and life advice to others.

That's not true at all. I was raised by a single mother and have had gainful employment since the age of 14.

Of course there are notable exceptions like you. I was mercilessly abused as a child, and had to do alot of shit on my own too. I apologize....I certainly did not mean to implicate anyone like you.

I couldn't imagine starting work in a years time. I guess in some ways you must have grown up fast. You too Anon A

I meant that under those circumstances you must have been forced to grow up and mature fast. By comparison I'm wrapped in cotton wool and have been sheltered from many of the harsh realities of the world. I'm no where near ready to to face the world of work.

I'm not sure whether you are refering to me or yourself. Starting at 14 is pretty tough I think. Here in the UK nobody starts work until they are 16 and usually later.

I started when I was 15, working in a movie theater. Cleaned up a lot of puke.

I was referring to you, of course. Do you do odd jobs for extra cash?
