Just thought of this, let me know what you think.
Basically an individual’s time is an expense that can be used for a tax exemption come tax time. Corporate tax rates are ~78% over a reasonably American threshold.
So, essentially, businesses pay taxes, and real working Americans like me and you get to take home all of are money.

I’m not sure if it would really make a difference. Right now, you get paid a salary and then you get taxed. In theory if your company got taxed and then you got paid your salary, they’d probably just lower your salary to what you made after taxes beforehand.
