Premise B.) Blacks have an average IQ of 70.
Premise C.) 98% of people have an IQ higher than 70.
Conclusion: 115% of people are not black.

Conclusion: If blacks are 2% of the population of Earth, Earth has a population of 75 billion people.

Technically, I got the wording wrong, the one at the top should say, "115% of people are either black or not black." Still equally as ridiculous.
