I am paying to sustain a parasitic bureaucracy filled with the otherwise unemployable. Fines don’t cover “roads and schools.” Therefore, my payments cover charity.

Some states are 5-over, some are zero tolerance - might be skewing our opinions in here. I've lived in both and almost like the hardass version better, you know it's fair and you earned it.

They lower speeds in areas for “safety” (shakedown), where you absolutely can’t safely drive at low speed.
