I'd like to know the answer to the last question, if he would be unbothered if they were also dating other men. And if the answer is that he wouldn't care, why not just go for open/poly relationships in the first place? Or just be clear about being casual/noncommitted?
Besides the grossness of lying about this, the effort involved seems like too much. I'd be stressed.
