I would start with my own fucking arm. The right one, though. They're both equally lean, but I'm a lefty. I need that left arm. I don't think so. I will cover myself in really hot chilli sauce so that eating me would be an uphill battle at best. Once anyone attempting to eat me has burnt their tounges off, I will remove the sauce and safely eat myself.

I'd start with the youngest and most tender. Probably a thin fillet cooked very rare. Then I'd move on to the older ones. I'd slow cook the tough cuts for several hours and make a stew.
