in the USA there are famous cases of comedians being arrested for the content of their comedy. that hasn't happened in decades. perhaps it will happen again with concurrent love affair with fascism.

I’ve witnessed this sort of thing in real life. Where for example, someone trips and falls, everyone is concerned, except for one person who just starts laughing uncontrollably, and then everyone sort of looks at the person laughing and judges them, but the person laughing is too stupid to notice. I don’t think it’s a maturity thing because not everyone even goes through that phase as a child, it’s something on a personality level.
