You see technology shouldn't be measured in hardware, this is the thinking of unimaginative geeks who jerk off into linux and suck bill gates dick because he promises them cheap laptops with lots RAM that operate like shit.
They got lots of RAM but the user experience is shit.
Because the technical wizards of minichan need atleast 16GB RAM to watch bangbros videos... seriously though the future of technology is in the user experience. I wouldn't buy a jumper that wears like shit but had the most cotton in it so most value for money.

No, I'd rather just build a nice PC at a reduced cost without a bunch of proprietary constraints and tailored for a variety of tasks. Besides gaming I use this computer for graphic design and serves up all my media (music and television) and I can do all that at the same time, actually. It's suited to deal with high end graphics in multiple applications and provides waaay better performance than any silly expensive little toy console for kids. I use my mac for graphic design (high end graphics lol you are not a designer... this is not a term we use). Modelling and creating meshes, programming and it handles all these elegantly without the need to play games. No one respectable in the industry uses a gaming rig for graphic design, for starters if you are dealing with truly intensive work you are using a workstation a gaming rig is designed to cope with a different kind of graphical output all together.
Macs are the weapon of choice for our industry professional friends for good reason, everything from workflow upwards is better the whole process is much better thought out and polished and the service recieved when things do go wrong is unmatched (because an agency wants to rely on Asus to fix a machine in time for a clients order). Just because Microsoft built windows and OSX (originates... loosely) from UNIX does not make it better. This is like saying an application shouldn't be charged for because it is compiled from C++ which is freely available.
Windows is better for gaming if thats what you want to do, but a gaming rig is just that... suitable for gaming. Because minichan is full of gamers (most people dont play games on their computer) their is this stupid bias towards windows and lack of understanding beyond the size of a computers RAM .etc of what goes into user experience, or ability to think beyond that (just because you use your computer on minichan all day and use it like second nature doesn't mean the general population does, mac caters to all users with varying levels of difficulty which those who know of can find and those who don't never need to be plagued with. You geeks will be shocked to hear that as a proffesional photographer my dslr has only 10 megapixels (what! 10 megapixels... some phones have more!), but you are misguided by specs because it is not megapixels that make a picture. It is the quality and how the megapixels are used. Windows is a shit load of megapixels with a poor quality sensor + lens and poor configuration. Mac has much fewer megapixels is excellently configured and has a nice quality lens is more expensive but takes much better pictures.

No one respectable in the industry uses a gaming rig for graphic design, for starters if you are dealing with truly intensive work you are using a workstation a gaming rig is designed to cope with a different kind of graphical output all together.

You must weigh that choice against the form. For example I could wear a denim shirt, denim pants, and denim jacket because it is less likely to break than cotton, but I don't because of form.

No, this is why minichan is failling to get laid. They are too busy bashing apple but the reason it is the 2nd highest valued company in the world is because it is not geeky or nerdy. It's products are sexy, sleek and do not focus on the geeky aspects. They have them but they are not marketed heavily on them. I saw a graph and I don't know how accurate it is but it said roughly 75% of android users are male compared to 55% ios users. Apple products are also associated with higher incomes... go figure.
