Woke up at about 8am, it's 1:30pm now and I haven't had a cigarette, not bad for me. I only had 2 (or 3) cigarettes yesterday so I guess that is helping. Don't have any craving for a smoke at this point in time (although I would like one), will I make it until the end of the day without smoking? I hope so. It will be the first time in 4 years or so. Any tips? If something stressful happens I think the cravings will come back worse than ever and I won't be able to control myself.
