complaining that their coffee took too long lol, when they do not know that the poor staff had an emergency earlier. Angry old shits.

How dare they make a judgement based on information unavailable to them. When I went to a cafe and it took ages, they gave me a loyalty card with all the empty spaces stamped so the next coffee was free.
