My work is now pushing for us to rat out fellow employees who might be under the influence or emotionally unstable. It has a psychological issues check list, and I fit every bullet point.
I really hope they don't drug test me. The policy says they will drug test for both suspected drug use or psychological problems, or that is what I understand it to say. It doesn't have a different policy after a report is made.

What you would expect. Mood swings (it's specifies isolation, which I do a lot). Disheveled appearance (I never iron my scrubs, really only shows with the one pair. I was wearing the same two pairs of scrubs for a very long time. They were always clean, but one has a partially torn pocket. I just don't care. It's $20 for a new pair, and for some reason I just don't feel like buying one. I could just not wear them, but they fit good. I also let my hair grow too long. Same with my beard. I'm trying to do better, but by the time I recognize I need a haircut, it takes me a few weeks before I can get myself to go get one. I hate haircuts. So very uncomfortable.) trouble concentrating and making decisions (I doubt anyone can notice this, though). Tired (I always have bags under my eyes. I have since I was younger.) Attendance and lateness (I'm late 15 minutes everyday, but it's approved. Still, no one likely knows. My co-workers didn't until I expained it -- trying not to, but I have to come in over an hour early cause of how the trains run. My other option is come in 15 minutes late. I set my alarm everyday for the earlier train, but I can't do it). I used to call out a lot. I just didn't care. Now I hate being home, so I haven't called out in like a year. Still, you call out a lot once, and it stays with you im sure.
From the impaired list, it talks about balance issues and steadying yourself while walking, which people probably think I do. I bump into corners often (I walk close to walls) and if someone else in the hallway, I will rub my hand against the wall and anything I pass. I don't know what to do with my hands.

The one CEO was really nice. I drew his blood. I don't know the current one. The male doctors with important positions tend to be douche bags. One threatened to report my supervisor because we were following a policy he wrote. It just happened to impact him, so he had selective amnesia.

It does. The employee is immediately taken to the ER or employee health office. They are evaluated and sent home then enrolled in a program that I guess deals with substance abuse and mental problems. I didn't read up on the program. it was some acronym I wasn't familiar with.

Don't do drugs at work. Don't smoke marijuana. If you did cocaine, opiates, pcp, and amphetamines Friday night and get drug tested Monday you are fine.

Oh yea. That's it. Supposedly confidential, but I wouldn't risk it. I'd have to resign. If my therapist documented my problem, it would show up probably. I can't risk that. I don't imagine I'll get reported, though. I'm just paranoid.
People probably just think I'm weird. I get my work done, and people like when I'm working.

Yeah, you're probably overanalyzing it.
I can't imagine your personal therapist's documentation would be accessible as part of this program if you ever were referred. I'm sure you know HIPAA regulations better than I do though.

I thought i did, but when I went to the minute clinic, they brought a screen up using my insurance that had my diagnosis on it. It didn't have that particular one, but who knows what has been documented. He had trouble getting them to accept payments for more than 21 sessions (or 22). He said it was difficult getting approval without "making it difficult for me to get a job." they didn't want to approve more sessions without a diagnosis of like schizophrenia. Which was kind of ridiculous because a few weeks later a law went into effect that insurance plans had to offer the same amount of visits for mental health as they do for primary care visits.

There is only one option, OP. You must report all of them before they report you. Slip drugs into their coffees when they're not looking then report them when they start acting crazy. It's a solid plan.

I stopped going a while ago. I don't think he was serious. I think he was just saying he didn't want to make up a reason. I dunno though. If tha wasn't the case, I don't want to know.
I think it's possibly the software used. It's all integrated and I know I can look up a lot of information, so maybe it's just available to anyone using that same software. Considering how difficult it is to get records transferred, I'd be surprised, but there are different standards used to release patient information.
If someone says a patient is under their care, I don't need a release to give results. Other hospitals have different policies, though. Im not very familiar with the laws anymore.
