They're various races depending which part of Italy you're meaning.

That's a fancy looking arrow

Many different groups have inhabited the Italian peninsula since early antiquity, including Etruscan, Italic, Celt, Greek, and Roman people. Ethnic Italians are descended from all of these groups. Historical Italian ethnicity facts can be difficult to pin down for certain, given the vast array of people moving through the peninsula at this time. As a result, it is difficult to say exactly how long ethnic Italians have lived in Italy. Following the fall of the Roman Empire and continuing up until its unification, the peninsula saw the rise and fall of many kingdoms and empires in different places, including the Byzantine Empire, the Kingdom of Lombard, and the Holy Roman Empire.
Due to this history, there can be a lot of confusion about whether Italian is a race or ethnicity, or if Italian is a nationality. Most Italians are considered white Europeans, but not all; it is more accurate to think of Italian as both a nationality and ethnicity rather than a race. Most Italians are not Hispanic or part of other ethnic groups. Some famous Italians include Leonardo da Vinci, Galileo Galilei, Amerigo Vespucci, and Guglielmo Marconi.

I know this guy who is far and away the most Jewish looking guy I have ever seen. He makes me look like a gentile in comparison. Third Reich artists would've been told by Hitler to tone down their caricatures a bit if they drew him in a propaganda poster. He's 100% Italian and not Jewish at all. I think Italians and Ashkenazi Jews probably are more closely linked than people think.

Can you doodle this being?

Ask an AI to generate an image of the most stereotypically Jewish looking man imaginable and it should give you what you seek.

Turns out that Jews are a protected class when it comes to creating stereotypical depictions of a people. Please enjoy this culturally sensitive depiction of an orthodox gentleman that it suggested it could create instead.
