He went to the Philippines and told a woman on the street he was going to rob her and told a police officer he was going to steal his gun and recorded it and uploaded it to the internet while he was still in the Philippines. It’s really sad, where I’m from, that would be protected under the first amendment. Some places are just really oppressive.
