Upon a morn, a youth and maiden fair
Did wander hand in hand to learning’s lair.
Their hearts entwined, two hours’ love they’d sworn,
A fleeting bond, yet passionately worn.
The maiden turned, her eyes with ardor bright,
And spake, “My love, wilt thou adore me forever?”
The youth, with sudden voice, did cry, “Nay, never!”
Her heart, thus pierced, in sorrow’s flood did quiver.
Away she fled, her tears a bitter stream,
Into the thoroughfare, where fate did gleam.
A chariot of steel, with cruel dispatch,
Did strike her down, her life to coldly snatch.
The youth, in horror, sped to where she lay,
And cradled her as life did slip away.
“Nay, love,” quoth he, “my tongue did falsely stray—
I meant to vow my love for five eternities’ day!”
With trembling hand, he drew a fatal blade—
A pistol grim, by sorrow’s will arrayed.
He fired, and joined her in death’s silent thrall,
His form upon the cobblestones did fall.
From out his vest, a box did softly roll,
A ring within, of diamond’s radiant soul.
A token meant to bind their love divine,
Now lost to fate’s unyielding, cruel design.
O gentle hearts, if tears your eyes do stain,
Lament this tale of love’s eternal pain.

Here’s the story, retold in the bold, brash style of Donald Trump:
One day, folks, a tremendous boy and a fantastic girl, really the best, were walking to school, okay? They were holding hands, very romantic, celebrating their two-hour anniversary. Two hours, that’s huge, believe me.
The girl, she turns to the boy and says, “Honey, do you love me forever? I mean, forever, right?” She’s looking for a big commitment, folks.
The boy, he turns back, very strong, very confident, and says, “NO!” Just like that. Boom. Straight to the point.
The girl, her heart’s totally broken, just shattered, and she runs away, crying, very sad. She runs into the street, and—disaster!—gets hit by a car. Terrible, just terrible.
The boy, he’s got a great heart, runs over, holds her as she’s fading, and says, “Look, I was gonna say I love you five-ever, okay? Five-ever! That’s even better than forever. Nobody loves like me, folks.”
Then, he pulls out a gun—beautiful gun, by the way, top-notch—and shoots himself. Very dramatic, very tragic. His body hits the pavement, and a box, a gorgeous box, rolls out of his pocket. Inside? A diamond ring. The best ring, absolutely stunning, worth a fortune.
This is a sad story, folks, makes people cry every time. Really emotional, the best emotions. If you’re tearing up, you’re not alone, believe me.

There have been times I've asked the thought process on "made me smile" reddit types; what makes them tick... what's wrong with them?? Is it just a low IQ situation or is it just kids wandering in there... I guess the answer is just "yes".
