I'm writing a story where the main character, Sue, undergoes a surgery that she may have consented under an aura of confusion. I'm not sure if this would've violated her medical rights. My gut feeling tells me yes, but I remain unsure.
Also, if she had been implanted with an experimental microchip technology, who would she tell? Who would she seek out for answers if it's been impossible for her to seek out basic medical treatments at a hospital or an emergency room? The voices in her head could lead her to question her own sanity.
I want this story to have a happy ending and a part of that in Sue's analytical mind is to find an answer for her own mental clarity. What can she do? I'm open to suggestions.

just make the new tranny rape a bunch of niggers, collect their spirits(Various strains and species of STDs, alongside ebola-chan) spread zir gifs to all the rest of the gays, then
end it with a planet of the apes ending

1. What surgery did she consent to?
2. Why was she confused?
3. Why does she think shes been implanted with a chip?
4. In which part of the body does she think the chip resides?

1. She doesn't know. That's a conflict.
2. Blinded by love for this character named Robert.
3. Enhanced clarity beyond the levels of suggestion.
4. Somewhere in the brain.

1. In order to have a surgery, they make you sign paperwork and they also state out loud what type of surgery it will be. What procedure did they name?
2. Love doesnt cause confusion. Please explain this in more detail
3. Please explain what you mean by clarity
4. Did she have physical signs of brain surgery after she awoke?

1. In the story, they didn't inform her of anything. They just sort of admitted her to a room after asking their basic information.
2. Love can be an intoxicating experience. There are four chemicals in the brain that get released whenever someone is in love. Serotonin, Cortisol, Oxytocin, and Dopamine. I'm thinking she may have suspected said microchip can tap into the brain's natural production of DMT too. When the five are working in tangent, this could likely cause confusion.
3. Understanding of subjects she knows and subjects she wanted to know for some time explained in a way she understands. I'm think of making this character autistic because from my lessons here, nobody knows what the fuck it's like being autistic, except for someone on the spectrum.
4. The hospital she would've been admitted too show no abnormalities. They did find a Urinary Tract Infection, but that's it.
