Let's see, Israel attacks nuclear facilities, military headquarters and communication centres, well away from residential/commercial buildings, killing high ranking military officers.
Iran responds by attacking Tel Aviv indiscriminately, mostly damaging residential buildings and killing mostly civilians (according to Iran's own report).
Not difficult to see who the bad guys are.
