Tbh if you relate to cartoons like that the reason you’re not getting hired might have more to do with you being mentally retarded than you being white. I’m a black guy and I don’t waste my time drawing cartoons like I’m fucking 5 years old. At least I’m actually studying engineering. I wish we had eugenics based on IQ because if we did we’d throw you straight in the furnace.

I think the name is 'ghost jobs' and I ran into that last time I hit the open market. I started getting calls 5 months later from companies that were filing them in the 'oh shit, everyone quit on us again and we need people ASAP' folder on some HR folks' laptops.
