Tbh if you relate to cartoons like that the reason you’re not getting hired might have more to do with you being mentally retarded than you being white. I think the name is 'ghost jobs' and I ran into that last time I hit the open market. I started getting calls 5 months later from companies that were filing them in the 'oh shit, everyone quit on us again and we need people ASAP' folder on some HR folks' laptops.
