I don’t see how this is racist. It would be racist if it was black people stealing things, but it’s not because British people don’t own anything so it’s not possible to seal from them.

It would be cool if after they steal the artefacts and send them back to Africa, they just get sold by corrupt politicians, or seized by local warlords, and then they just disappear into private collections forever.
