There is this absolute scum bag up my road who let's his dog run to the c9nrner and shit then never cleans it up.

It's only recently been happening and I have reported it to the local authorities but this morning I saw a fresh load and with the tissues in my pocket I picked up a phat lump and jammed it into his handle

I started flicking them back out into the street with an old shovel when I had neighbors using my yard for the shit zone. Turns out they actually enjoyed walks more without smashed shit all over and it magically stopped eventually.
