The UN is talking about 14000 babies going without food in gaza but I think the real story here is why is there a baby boom happening in the middle of a 2 year war zone?

The same thing happened in Japan during World War Two, look at a graph of the population of Japan over the past 200 years on google. Their population barely went down during World War Two, now it’s plummeting. Wars generally lead to more births. That’s how it works.

Basically everything in Gaza has been destroyed except for refugee camps, and those will probably be gone soon as well. What else should they be doing besides fucking?

The fact is the people of Gaza chose Hamas and that was a very bad choice over the alternative.
Bottom line ends up with Gaza apparently set for expansion for golf and nice hotels.

In war bad things happen. Remember that Oct 7th event where Hamas raped Israel women and killed children. All that kidnapping by Hamas.
What is your solution for Gaza?

So, in other words you have no solution.
A Fact not in dispute. USA got Japan to end the war. USA used just two bombs to kill 200,000 people.
I do not know the future of Gaza with Palestine people. I doubt it's going to work out well for them.
Oh I did a search for you about colonization.
The U.S. colonized several territories and countries throughout its history. Some of the most notable examples include:
Philippines: The U.S. acquired the Philippines in 1898 after the Spanish-American War and ruled them until they gained independence in 1946.
Puerto Rico: Puerto Rico became a U.S. territory in 1898 and is still a U.S. territory today.
Guam: Guam was acquired from Spain in 1898 and remains a U.S. territory.
American Samoa: American Samoa was acquired in 1899 and is still a U.S. territory.
Hawaii: The U.S. annexed Hawaii in 1898 and it later became a state in 1959.
Cuba: Cuba was under U.S. military occupation from 1898 to 1902.
The U.S. Virgin Islands: The U.S. Virgin Islands were acquired from Denmark in 1917 and remain a U.S. territory.
Wake Island: Wake Island was acquired from Spain in 1898 and is still a U.S. territory.

The Israelis will make sure that happens, don't worry. @1,366,952 (F)
The last election in Gaza was almost 20 years ago. I'm not sure there was a way the Gazans could have voted their way out of this.

Palestinian Authority controlled the Gaza Strip prior to the Palestinian elections of 2006. The people of Gaza freely voted for Hamas instead.
Hamas choosing to build tunnels under hospitals and schools and hide between rocket launches into Israel, ended up forcing Israel to destroy those tunnels.

I’m the same guy that mentioned the population thing. I actually don’t agree with the atomic bombing being a good thing. Japan did commit war crimes against Koreans, but the atomic bombing of Hiroshima was technically a war crime against Korean civilians since Hiroshima had one of the largest Korean populations in Japan at the time.

What's happening in Israel is current
Jewish people are constantly stealing land from Palestinians to this day
And regarding your last comment, if you tried to steal your neighbors home (as Jewish people have been doing to Palestinians for decades) you'd probably get shot

I'm just interested - why are you under the impression that this is what happened? Where did you get this from / who told you this, and why do you believe it?

@1,366,983 (Kook !!rcSrAtaAC) > That is what happened and is still happening
Yes, you're just continuing to assert it. I want to know why you think it is what happened? What is your source? Did you used to live in Gaza?
There's enough footage of this happening and constant please from various human rights organizations that you could find this out if you actually gave a shit

@previous (Kook !!rcSrAtaAC) > Do your own research, buddy
I want to know why YOU think it.
> There's enough footage of this happening and constant please from various human rights organizations
I want to know which footage and which organizations YOU got it from. What I think or don't think is irrelevant to my question.

I still see a lot of "durr they shouldn't have Hamas then" takes on Reddit and the comment sections in news/blogs. It's even worse when you consider the median age is 18 so half of them weren't even born yet, so couldn't possibly have voted even if they wanted to.
