These games were hot shit back in the early days of the internet, people spent thousands of dollars playing them. True story. My first endeavor in trolling was in a game like that, I didn't give a shit about the game, but I would go in at the exact right time and rob people of millions of their 'dollars', you couldn't progress, win, or accomplish anything by doing that, but it sure pissed them off. I kept a list of my victims names on my profile page with the amount I robbed from them, they fucking hated me lol. Didn't take too long (a few weeks) before they were actively hunting me in the game and I couldn't do shit. Good times.
