Not "shoom" or "shoop" or whatever other bollocks people keep thinking he's saying. It's "shoot me". Which is kind of prophetic really.

BTW, the "me" is so nearly imperceptible I don't blame folks for hearing "shoop." The real lyric is so out of place nobody is primed to hear it. No comment on whether it was about heroin or not. Who knows.
