My last two have been solved. Congrats! Here's a new one:

A Medieval English innkeeper openly kills one of her guests in the main room in full view of everyone. No one cares, reacts, or even notices as the guests screams bloody murder. After the kill, the innkeeper eats the guest in front of everyone, but they don't even seem to notice. She screamed, "I killed him!" and again, no one cares. Explain.
