I have sleep apnea and type 2 diabetes. I am an obese more than 30% BMI Caucasian male in my early 40s. Is there a combination of pills that I could take that I won't throwing up like a weak girly man but will silently kill me in my sleep?

I think CBD might do it. 10mg of CBD is the recommended dose, so if you took 200mg all at once it could be lethal!
