Dear Chick-fil-A Team,

I’m writing to share some feedback about a recent visit to one of your locations. I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A’s reputation for outstanding service, which is why this experience stood out to me.

Before placing my order, I was outside the restaurant briefly charging my phone at an outlet. A team member approached me and, without any greeting or question, told me to unplug it. There was no inquiry about whether I planned to come inside or place an order — which I absolutely did and did shortly afterward.

What was most disappointing was the assumption behind that interaction. Later, once inside, I was allowed to charge my phone while ordering and enjoying my meal — something I would’ve appreciated being offered from the start. Being treated with suspicion rather than hospitality was not what I expected from Chick-fil-A.

I hope this feedback helps reinforce the importance of approaching every guest with courtesy and openness — especially when they may just be a few minutes away from becoming a paying customer.

Dear sir/madam,

Sitting outside and "briefly charging" your phone was unnecessary since you were preparing to come inside, whereas you could have charged your phone then.

Our employee did not know whether you were planning to be a paying customer or not, therefore, we stand with our employee.

Per law, we could of had you arrested for theft of electricity since you did not have our sole consent to use our outside outlet, so consider yourself lucky.

Thank you for being a loyal customer...

P.S. Had you been arrested, you would likely not survived an overnight in jail, as you seem like a pussy to post this review on an obscure backwoods website. Kindly go fuck yourself.

I'd hate to own a business or franchise at this point. Every homeless tit in town wants to dry their laundry in the bathroom and record status updates for their channel instead eating and GTFO.

I needed to use Android Pay and could not do so with my phone being dead. The jackass didn't ask me if I was planning on coming in to order or not. No alternatives. Just I need younto unplug now.

Their breading is too sweet and a plain chicken sandwich with one pickle on it is stupid.

Also the local Arby's has USB outlets at every table. You might have better luck there.

I once wrote a complaint on the app about a faded out tattered American flag at a Chick Fil A location and they gave me a free meal.
