Listen buddy I don't really care what you may or may not think about my "excuses" or "brain lag - just keep your personal opinions to yourself. I'm not interested in the slightest in what you would do in this situation, I wasn't asking for other people's opinions on what they would do or what they ask themselves. I made a statement that because of what turned out to be a major omission my chocolate was ruined. I wasn't asking for anything else
