I know we got Curse of the Fatal Death, but that was merely a comedy spoof. I wish we could've gotten Rowan in the actual role during the Classic or NuWho series. I also love how Jodie Whittaker's casting was a callback to this comedy spoof because in the spoof the Thirteenth Doctor is a female whose blonde portrayed by Joanna Lumley.
