They are medial malleolus and lateral malleolus. Malleolus is Latin for little hammer (you know, mallet is a hammer). Medial refers to the middle of body, so the medial malleolus is the one that faces inward to the body's midline. Lateral means side, so lateral malleolus is the one that is at the side of body, the outward facing bone bump.
I am not aware of any common name for these ankle bumps and so it took a while to figure how to search for what the fuck their names are. Do you know any common names? It there are none, it seems odd that they don't come up in ordinary conversation, like, ow, I chafed that bone bump that is on the inside of my ankle just above the heel, with my shitty footwear.

I don't know, I always thought that the ankles were above those bone bumps, where the leg is at the narrowest above the foot.
