Russia will get:
1. US recognition of Crimea and other occupied territories as Russian territory.
2. Ukraine permanently barred from seeking NATO membership.
3. All sanctions dating back to 2014 lifted and frozen assets returned.
Ukraine will get:
1. An end to the bombing.
2. A chance to rebuild the country with the UK and EU footing the bill.
3. A security guarantee from the UK and the EU, but categorically NO American involvement. If Russia re-invades in the future, the UK and France will IMMEDIATELY vow to stand with Ukraine again for as long as it takes.
